Relations Between Emotion / Stress with Health

Many people believe that the disease can be cured by simply taking medication or with medical measures. In fact, the drug or medical treatment can not cure ourselves of distractions that klita face. The women especially, emotions greatly affect their health. Most of them do not realize that physical health problems (headaches, migraines, joint pain, etc.) much affected due to high pressure or emotional stress.

Our health in adulthood is strongly influenced our own experience in childhood. A study in 1990 explained that most children who had a difficult experience in the past will experience disruption to the company at the time of later health in adulthood. With more than 17,000 patients enrolled, those who had experienced one of eight forms of personal abuse or dysfunctional family behaviors before age 18 is between 4 and 50 times more likely to suffer from health problems like heart disease, fractures, diabetes, obesity, alcoholism , and more.

From these studies greatly strengthen the relationship with health stress. Many women who have been aware of this and make positive changes to heal itself by reducing stress levels. Emotions and stress is definitely not just for piece of good health, but they play a larger role in healing than many of us think.

The women should seek the root causes of their health problems - even though it requires more work to do this. And that often means taking a good look at their stress and emotions.
